PLEASE NOTE: As I run by appointment, please ensure that you are on time (if this is your first session please arrive 5-10 min early to complete new client paperwork) I am unable to take pets that arrive more than 15 minutes late to appointment, and we will have to reschedule your appointment this is to ensure I'm running on time for my other clients.
IF YOU DO NOT RE-SCHEDULE OR SHOW UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT IT IS CONSIDERED A "NO-SHOW" We require 24 hour notice if you need to cancel. By not showing up to your appointment, we cannot fill that spot with another pet, resulting in lost wages. We will require a nonrefundable 50% deposit for your next appointment along with the full cost of the groom that was missed if you cancel the day of your appointment or do not call and do not show up. I will only allow 2 no-shows - after that we will no longer groom your pet.
